	The Market The Yorkton Trading Area is quite extensive and totals a radius of roughly 150 km. Yorkton is the largest center of the Parkland Region, with the nearest urban center being Regina, which is, located 190 km south of Yorkton, Saskatoon is 326 km to the west, while the next largest center, Brandon is 280 km to the southeast. Yorkton boasts the 3^rd largest trading area in the province of Saskatchewan behind only Regina & Saskatoon. Yorkton is a small city with just over 17,000 people, however its trading area is well over 180,000 people. The Parkland Region relies primarily on agriculture.
